| Can\'t delete virus file? |
Ok...
so I downloaded a few programs from a website and ended up getting a virus. (trojan)
this trojan creates a shortcut to a porno site when my computer starts up, and makes tons of antivirus programs pop up that give me a 'free' scan and then tell me I have to pay 75 USD to get it.
I know what the infected files are...i look at processes on my task manager and uploaded the files that i had never seen before.
heres what i got from a file called sys929
AhnLab-V3 - - Win-Trojan/Loobne.30720

Whenever I try to delete the infected files, my computer tells me i need to give permission. So i do.
But it pops up with a error message saying that i have to retry. The same thing keeps happening to me when i click retry.
Anyone know how to get rid of these files?
Neither Spyware doctor, avast antivirus nor Super Antispyware have found these files.
